CASE STUDY
Mr. and Mrs. Tariq wanted to release money for increasing care home fees and knew that their garden had potential. They contacted Edgewater Group, saying that they had a big garden and asked if we could complete an assessment of the land in question.
We completed our desktop surveys and saw that the garden had big potential, so we went to visit the couple to run through the steps before completing a presentation regarding our process. We then came to an agreement with Mr. and Mrs. Tariq regarding the price of the land.
As a result of the project, we built a new 3-bedroom family home. We also made sure to landscape Mr and Mrs Tariq’s Garden, as well as give them a brand-new driveway.
